Big Shed - Aviation Drive

At 30 Tonne Big Shed's team and our 130 tonne crane "Lofty" place one of the larger panels at Aviation Drive. Planning was the key here. All the panels were layed out by Big Shed allowing for a smooth and safe day. Well done everyone!

Only an All Terrain please

This work site is a great example of what you can do with the Grove All Terrain Cranes. Here you see the GMK3050 our 55 Tonne all terrian crane in action. The ute is parked on the access driveway which Brian our crane operator was required to back down and around into place. Something he made look really simple. In this picture you can see him lifting a tilt-panel as an eight point lift.

Tauranga Hospital - 130 with Fly

Packing up after a long reach. Here the team is seen packing up the fly after the 130 Tonne Crane ('Lofty') was hired to reach over the hospital to place steel pipe work. Lofty was setup with an 18 metre fly allowing the crane to reach up the 25 metre high hospital and then out 52 metres. It was great job completed safely by our highly skilled operators - Ron, Ray and Roy (Pictured here packing up).

Claymark - Panels

Photo's of the BM600 - 55 Tonne Crawler hard at work in Katikati placing panels for Mcmillan & Lockwood on the Claymark site. Each panel is taken off the truck and walked into position making it a very efficient operation with no crane setup times in these tight conditions.
